Question by Jim: Why can I text girls fine, but I get shy when I talk to them directly?
There’s a girl that I know really well, and can text her just about anything. I mean its really strange, but for some reason when I talk to her directly I can’t think of anything to say. I don’t get it. This is probably why my parents say my generation is screwed. Any ideas?

IM THE SAME WAY WITH GUYSSSSSS!!!!!! i believe its caused from shyness and the fact that we spend alot of time online and on our phones communicating, dnt worry , there are plenty other like youreself

Cause when u txt u don’t see her face to face which takes preassure off, but in person u tend to get more nervous becuase she is right in front of u and ur staring at how pretty she is which makes u nervous or u are scare of what she will say back

It’s cause you’ve gotten so comfortable talking to her through a device that you’ve forgotten how to talk to her in real life. I’m sure when you text her at the beginning it was awkward and you didn’t know what to say but a few texts later you got more comfortable. So same goes with talking to her at the beginning it will get some getting use to but a few real life meetings or so you’ll get the hang of it and convo will become natural. So go text her and set up a date to chill in person more often and soon you guys will talk and talk. Hope I helped!
