Question by I Love You: How do i build confidence to talk girls in college?
I want to build the courage to talk to girls in college. It’s not that i look bad because i’m actually a good looking guy i’m just too shy to talk to girls. I usually don’t know what to talk about and how to keep a conversation going. Like when a girl stares at me i want to approach them but i get nervous and don’t know what to say to them.
In high school i never talked to girls because of my shyness but now i want this to change. How do i randomly go up to a girl and start talking to them??

You are in luck. The best way to learn how to talk to girls is …. to talk to girls. It gets easier and easier, and in college, you will be surrounded by plenty of girls to talk to.
First, just remember, girls are just people, so there’s really nothing to be afraid of.
If you have trouble with how to start a conversation, there are several things you can do.
If you are in the same class, ask someone what she thinks of the professor.
If you are in the cafeteria, make a joke about how lousy the food is.
If she’s wearing an awesome t-shirt, tell her so.
Join a club that revolves around an interest of yours, and then you’ll have that topic to talk about.
Talk to women you aren’t even interseted in, just for practice.
Go up to someone who is obviously a junior or senior, and ask her where the best pizza place is (and if you are feeling really bold, if she tells you a place nearby, you can either ask if she wants to join you, or “thank” her for the tip by offering to get her a slice).
You’ll find that the more conversations you have, the easier it is.
And, if you find yourself feeling awkward, or it doesn’t go well, no worries. There are plenty of other chances you can take.
GL, and have fun.
