If a guy texts a girl but she doesn’t respond, would he feel hesitant to text again for fear of coming off desperate?

Desperate ~ maybe, but it could also mean she can’t think of what to say back. That frustrating moment when you read a text and sit there like an idiot smiling but not knowing how to respond. It could also mean she just doesn’t have her phone with her. Wait a couple days then try again 😉
