Q&A: Do guys talk about girls they would marry to their friends?

Question by Me Enamora: Do guys talk about girls they would marry to their friends?
Do guys talk about girls they would marry to their friends?
Like when a guy tells you his friend said he would marry you.

Do guys really think about marrying a girl they barely know?
Why did a guy tell his friend that, but then doesn’t even want a serious relationship with me?

If guys do, it’s usually talked about in the same tone as a death in the family. 🙂

  1. No, but I tell my friends about women (really hot chicks) who I would love to have my babies.

For example, if Scarlett Johansson rocked up to my house and said “make me pregnant” I would be getting to work within a few seconds.

  2. Men do not like to discuss women. If they do, they only speak in cliches, and only to men they trust. It is somewhat unusual for men to trust each other.

  3. Yes, but it’s usually not said in an extremely sincere, honest way. I don’t want to get married but I’ve said in jest to a friend, “I’d marry her.” Other friends have said the same to me. Generally, what is meant by such a statement is that she is perceived to be of exceptional physical beauty, intelligence, high moral character and hasn’t been around the block.

Like I said, I don’t really care. Unless a woman is just a total freak her sexual past is the past.

  4. No. we are not teen girls. compliments about women among men: “she would look good in my collar”, “i would do her in front of her father”, “i would even marry her to keep it all to my self”.

if marriage is mentioned it is to assure exclusive sexual congress.

is he a teen boy? if yes, that is your answer.
